What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit. What’s more, we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time.

　　But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games, and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep, those students can not focus on in the class . As a result, they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games, it’s already too late.

　　I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked (考試不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games, which was earned by his father's selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school, he was too numb to show any regret.

　　The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.

　　This is a glass of water， tasteless， right？ However if you add sugar， it will taste sweet， but if you add vinegar， it will become bitter。 The same is true with our life____ the flavor is created by our choices。

　　If kindness is added to a strange you will have a friend； but if hostility is added， you will have an enemy。 If love is added to a pile of red bricks you will have a home， but if hatred is add to those bricks ， you will have an concentration camp。

　　So my dear friends， never complain that life is boring and the world is disappointing。 If don’t like the taste of your life， change the ingredients。

　　Three year ago， I weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrassment and frustration in my life。 Like always failing my P。E examinations， like always being laughed at by girls， like being terrified to speak in public。 It was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself。 She said “ My dear， if you can’t change you figure， why not treat it as your own style。 So I began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking。 By choosing to change my outlook on life， I developed the confidence to make a difference and finally I found a totally new world。

　　So my dear friend， if faith， hope， love， endurance are added to your life， you will find the confidence to conquer your limitation and embrace new challenges。 And hopefully with my speech included， you will have a fantastic speech contest。

　　It’s common knowledge that China posses the largest population globally .This poses the challenge of both feeding and educating the masses .In today’s fiercely competitive society, the educating is more important than previously .This inevitably raises the student’s pressure.Parents have placed so high expectations on their children. Achieving high scores ,win competitions and be admitted into prestigious schools. The net result is students dedications vast amounts of time to this pursuit .Most students event don’t have time to relax themselves.Even some excellent students commit suicide as a result of failure in their test.

　　As the old adage goes,All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.This poses question in such a bleak and harsh environment, how does Jack learn to smile.A nation of youths solely focused on academic result ,in severely lacking in essential social and life skills.

　　Release this pressure ,and by so doing create well rounded young people who posses the ability to contribute towards China’s rise to the top.
