On arrival she was profuse in her thanks and offered the man a drink. As she was very attractive he agreed. Shortly afterwards she said, “I'm about to have dinner. There's plenty. Would you like to join me?”
He readily accepted her offer and both enjoyed a lovely meal. As the evening was drawing to a close the lady said, “I've had a marvelous evening. Would you like to stay the night?”
The man hesitated then said, “Do you act like this with every man you meet?”

There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical. I should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons.
Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. They accompany human to advance. A student without books could be someway ridiculous.
Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. And even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small.
I also think it is unnecessary because books are cheap but useful and still meaningful.

我是一個(gè)有被吸引力的人。只要看到好的東西或事物就會(huì)勇于去試一試。我并不是喜歡英語(yǔ)老師才喜歡英語(yǔ)課，我是真正的熱愛(ài)英語(yǔ)、喜歡英語(yǔ)。從三年級(jí)的第一堂英語(yǔ)課開(kāi)始，我就對(duì)英語(yǔ)著了謎。從三年級(jí)到現(xiàn)在，我當(dāng)了二次英語(yǔ)課代表，有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。雖然我并沒(méi)有很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，但是我會(huì)把這一次機(jī)會(huì)當(dāng)做一種嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)，認(rèn)真地完成每一項(xiàng)任務(wù)。
如果我當(dāng)上英語(yǔ)課代表，我一定會(huì)任勞任怨的工作。首先，我一定會(huì)每節(jié)英語(yǔ)課都認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講，按時(shí)完成作業(yè)。同學(xué)有困難的我還會(huì)盡力幫助。然后，我會(huì)每天早上早早地來(lái)到學(xué)校，幫老師收作業(yè)本。最后，我會(huì)幫忙老師改作業(yè)，成為老師的得力助手。
我有一個(gè)缺點(diǎn)：有時(shí)做事只有三分鐘熱度。但這一次，我絕對(duì)不會(huì)半途而廢。英語(yǔ)是個(gè)國(guó)際性的`語(yǔ)言，可以增強(qiáng)中外文化交流，讓世界和平共處。我希望在這莊嚴(yán)的日子里，大家投上我神圣的一票。我一定會(huì)按照我剛才說(shuō)的那樣，嚴(yán)格要求自己，成為同學(xué)們的榜樣。
